Jackets
What are the jackets made of?
Each page names the outer material, lining and hardware as the maker states them, written as about figures where needed. Some of our jackets have a faux leather (PU) outer and others are polyester.
How should I look after my jacket?
Hang it on a wide hanger and wipe it with a soft damp cloth. Keep it away from direct heat.
Are the colors true to the photos?
We match photos as closely as we can. Screens differ a little, so colors can look slightly different.

How do I find my size?
What if I am between sizes?
Can a tailor adjust the jacket?
A tailor can take in or shorten some jackets. Because sizes are final sale, please check your size first.
Final sale and claims
Can I return my order?
All sales are final, so we cannot take items back for a change of mind or a different size. See our shipping and refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number, photos, a short video and a photo of the box and shipping label within 3 days of delivery. Once we verify it, we send a replacement or a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. We refund you in full.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 5 PM US Eastern time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days.
